Order processing & shipping
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of being received. Whilst we will always do our best to process your order as quickly as possible, minor delays may occur during peak periods, sales and promotions.
DELIVERY SERVICE
Products are only available for delivery in the united states. evo online is currently using Fedex and other local third parties to deliver products to you and accordingly, accepts no responsibility for late delivery, or your failure to receive products which have been dispatched by evo online. Fedex standard operating hours are from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
the amount of handling and delivery charges payable by you will depend upon the delivery option you select at the time of ordering products, and will be charged to you in full at the time your order is placed.
risk in the products will pass to you upon dispatch. title to the products will pass to you once your payment has been cleared and received by evo online.
certain products sold by evo online require special handling, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. these requirements affect the manner of delivery of these particular products. evo online may therefore on occasion be unable to dispatch products for delivery to nominated addresses, and reserves the right to cancel orders which are affected by the applicable requirements.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times will vary depending upon your nominated delivery address. Please allow between 2-5 business days for metropolitan delivery and 2-10 days to regional and remote destinations. Shipping transit times quoted are typical but can vary due to factors outside our control and that of the carrier.
PO boxes
Unfortunately our courier is unable to deliver to po boxes.
Some items including aerosol products require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. due to this, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. if your order is impacted by shipping restrictions, we will reach out to you to find an alternative shipping address.
Delivery fees
We offer free shipping on orders over $50, and $7.95 on orders under.
Delivery tracking
once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we'll also send you an email containing tracking details. You can click on the tracking number link in that email which will take you through to the Startrack Track and Trace portal, or you can enter the tracking number from the email on the Fedex website.
You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging in to your evo online customer account and checking your order history.
