Delivery expectations
Some items sold by evo online require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. We comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Shipping service and delivery times
evo online orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). All orders are subject to authorization. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. Tracking will be provided on despatch. All orders will be shipped via Australia Post. Most orders shipped via standard Australia Post service are delivered within 10 days business days from the order's ship date.

Order cancellations
If you would need to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us, within 12 hours of placing your order. Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons if your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

Returns or exchange
Faulty Items
If you believe the product to be faulty please contact us, we will request that you send the item back to us via the same method you received the goods and on assessment if we deem the product to be faulty will return the cost of freight to you. if for any reason
you are not completely satisfied with your evo online purchase, please contact us and advise your name and invoice number so we can assist you.

Damaged items
If you receive your order damaged please refuse delivery and have it returned to us.
